Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if they have been damaged or altered.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A free return shipping label is not provided automatically. If your return request is approved, you may request a return shipping label from us. The cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item once your return has been approved and place a new order through our online store.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
