Darling Drops UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Darling Drops UG (haftungsbeschränkt). They apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumers in the sense of these GTC are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
  2. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
  3. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order through an order confirmation by email or deliver the goods.
  4. Orders can be placed as a guest or via a customer account.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

  1. All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT.
  2. In addition, shipping costs apply, which are calculated by weight and delivery region. For deliveries outside Germany (e.g., Austria), shipping costs will be displayed accordingly.
  3. Vouchers and discount promotions are taken into account accordingly in the shopping cart.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

  1. We ship our products via DHL.
  2. Delivery time within Germany is 3–5 business days; for deliveries to Austria, the delivery time varies depending on the shipping option.
  3. Should a product not be available, we will inform you immediately by email.

6. Subscriptions

  1. Subscriptions can be booked via the shop.
  2. Customers receive the goods regularly according to the interval specified in the shop.
  3. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time; cancellation must be made in writing or by email.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, calculated from receipt of the goods.
  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out the withdrawal form. You can access this via the withdrawal button.
  3. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
  4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products opened or damaged by the customer.

8. Warranty and Liability

  1. The statutory warranty applies.
  2. We assume no liability for damages resulting from incorrect or improper use of our products.
  3. Correct application is described on the product packaging and website.

9. Data Protection

10. Final Provisions

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  2. Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
